A top rated local CPA and advisory services firm in beautiful Miami, FL has engaged with us to find a Tax Manager with experience in multiple business entities and high net worth clients.Caliber Recruiting Group partners with locally owned CPA and advisory firms that are progressive minded and employee focused. We don't work for the "Big 4" but we do work with growing and top-rated firms that do complex business tax and assurance work and also provide high levels of personal service for their clients.
Pay and Benefits:
- $130,000-$160,000 annually

- Hours capped at reasonable levels even during busy season (most often 50-60 estimated plus overtime paid if worked)
Responsibilities and Qualifications:
- Bachelors in accounting, (or equivalent, Business with accounting focus, econ, finance)
- 5-8 years of accounting experience in a firm / wealth management / public accounting / CPA firm environment
- CPA license is advantageous, NOT required- EA is also a plus, with 5-7 or more years of tax prep and review work and or working towards the CPA license / eligible is ideal
- Prep and Review experience with C-Corps, S-Corps, Trusts and Partnerships, as well as tax return work with high net worth individuals
- Multi Industry knowledge helpful, construction, professional, individuals, manufacturing, other industries
- Knowledgeable with IRS regulations and rules to ensure all compliance is met
- Excellent experience with various tax software programs, CCH. Thompson Reuters, Ultra Tax, or other major software program
