Minimum Qualifications
Certifications: CPR/First Aid and Bright From The Start Georgia Health and Safety Orientation Training
Communication/Organizational Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with students and staff; ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work in order to accomplish work in compliance with quality standards and deadlines
Goal
Design and deliver a program with activities that are safe, fun and appropriate to students' age and abilities.

Representative Duties & Responsibilities
- Leads and engages campers in scheduled activities and events.
- Assists in the management of the overall program operations.
- Demonstrates knowledge of effective behavior management
- Delivers program activities, as needed
- Supervises and monitors students during the day-to-day operations of the program
- Ensures that the program is running smoothly and in compliance with established procedures
- Performs all duties in accordance with prescribed regulatory compliance guidelines
- Counsels students in conflict resolution
- Builds and maintains effective working relationships with students, staff, and other key personnel to facilitate a smooth operation of the program.
- Ensures students follow safety procedures in all areas
- Checks the area and equipment for safety, cleanliness and good repair on a daily basis
- Works with the site-manager in planning, coordinating and supervising activities related to program.
- Provides leadership and serves as a mentor to students.
- Interacts in a positive manner with students, parents, staff, and community.
- Ability to be regularly, predictably, and reliably at work.
