Our MissionIt is the mission of the Caledonia Central Supervisory Union and its seven member schools to create a learning community in which each individual can achieve the highest standards of excellence in intellectual growth and citizenship.Position SummaryUnder the supervision of a Building Administrator and with direction from one or more teachers, the Intensive Needs Paraprofessional (SPED) assists in achieving instructional objectives by working with individual students or small groups to promote their achievement and overall success. The Paraprofessional is expected to assist the classrooms with maintaining a warm and nurturing relationship with each child, supporting an environment that stimulates curiosity and celebrates diversity, and participating in a dynamic, student-centered curriculum that is grounded in hands-on exploration and play.
