Finance Director – Caledonia Central Supervisory Union (CCSU) Caledonia Central Supervisory Union is seeking a Finance Director to lead financial operations for the Supervisory Union and five school districts beginning Fall 2025. Start date is negotiable. About the Role The Finance Director oversees all financial operations, including budgeting, resource management, fiscal planning, and fund accounting. The role ensures compliance with state and federal regulations and supports district educational goals through collaboration with administrators and school boards. This position supervises a team of four experienced business office staff. Key responsibilities include: Managing a $33.7M annual budget across five districts Preparing and presenting financial reports to school boards and community groups Supervising business office operations and staff performance Ensuring compliance with all financial and reporting requirements About CCSU CCSU serves: Caledonia Cooperative School District – Barnet, Walden, and Waterford Schools (PreK–8, high school choice) Peacham School District (PreK–6, middle and high school choice) Cabot, Danville, and Twinfield Union School Districts (PreK–12) We are a busy, collaborative organization with a supportive central office staff.
