What are the responsibilities and job description for the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) position at Caledonia Central Supervisory Union?
Caledonia Central Supervisory Union is made up of Walden, Barnet, Waterford, Peacham, Danville, Cabot and Twinfield Schools. We have an opening to work as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst during the school day for 8 hours a day. The licensed employees work 185 days.
Our schools are supportive, small communities with lots of support. The right candidate will enjoy working with students in elementary grades and have the patience and temperament to assist students to be successful in the classroom and with behaviors. The right candidate will have experience with school age behaviors and a team orientated and collaborative attitude. The behaviorist works with many people from students, teachers, principals and parents. Communication is extremely important in this role.
The position follows the Union Agreement for benefits and hourly wages which includes paid holidays, 15 sick days, 4 personal days, professional development days, tuition reimbursement, free dental coverage, free life insurance plan, and health insurance.
Salary : $65,000 - $85,000
