Position: Litigation Attorney

We are seeking an experienced IP / Corporate Litigator with experience in trade secret litigation, patent litigation, and complex corporate disputes including securities, M&A, and antitrust matters, to make an impact on our growing practice. An established client base or demonstrated ability to develop business is required.
Responsibilities:
- Manage IP litigation and corporate disputes from inception through trial, including cases involving patents or trade secrets or other areas of IP.
- Handle and oversee litigation arising from corporate M&A transactions, antitrust claims, securities, and other areas of complex commercial litigation.
- Advise clients on risk assessment, litigation strategy, and settlement negotiations.
- Cultivate and expand client relationships, actively contributing to business development initiatives.
Qualifications:
- JD and admission to the MA state bar; CA or NY preferred but not required.
- Minimum 10 years of litigation experience, ideally from a large law firm or recognized litigation boutique.
- Demonstrated experience with hearings, trials, and case management.
- Strong track record of managing both intellectual property and corporate litigation and managing client relationships.
- Portable book of business is required.
- Exceptional writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a high-performing, client-focused team.
