Senior Communications & Executive Engagement Coordinator
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive communications professional to support executive engagement planning, leadership communications, and operational execution for senior leadership meetings and enterprise-wide events.
This role partners closely with Communications leadership to ensure executives are prepared, large-scale events are executed successfully, and strategic messaging is consistently communicated across the organization. The ideal candidate combines strong communication skills, project coordination experience, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the development of leadership meeting and event materials, including agendas, presentations, talking points, briefing documents, and logistics notes.
• Assist with coordination and execution of senior leadership meetings, executive forums, recognition programs, and enterprise-wide events.
• Track project timelines, deliverables, milestones, and dependencies to ensure leadership teams and presenters are prepared.
• Help ensure organizational strategy, priorities, and key messages are accurately reflected and consistently communicated across materials and events.
• Support communications alignment efforts by maintaining visibility into upcoming initiatives, campaigns, and messaging priorities.
• Coordinate with internal partners including Event Services, IT, AV, Security, and other operational teams to support meeting logistics and technology needs.
• Maintain planning tools, content repositories, and communication calendars.
• Assist with budget tracking, invoice processing, expense reconciliation, and administrative support activities.
• Conduct research and compile background materials to support communications planning, executive messaging, and strategic initiatives.
• Support testing, adoption, and implementation of AI-enabled tools and process improvement initiatives.
• Provide onsite and virtual event support as needed.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in communications, event coordination, project coordination, corporate operations, or a related function.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with the ability to create executive-level communications.
• Experience supporting meetings, leadership events, or large-scale corporate programs.
• Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Comfort learning new technologies, tools, and systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience supporting executive communications or leadership engagement initiatives.
• Familiarity with content management, planning tools, or collaboration platforms.
• Interest in AI tools, process improvement, and operational excellence.
• Basic budgeting, invoice processing, or administrative support experience.
