Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and identify potential customers through research, outbound calls, emails, and social media.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for Territory Managers.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize outreach strategies.
- Achieve and exceed monthly KPIs for calls, emails, and meetings booked.
Qualifications:
- 1 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles (preferred but not required).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Comfortable with cold calling and handling objections.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot) is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Hourly Base Pay: $16.50 per hour, plus commission. Estimated annual earnings at target performance: $60,000.
