The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales of residential telecommunications services, including internet, phone, and TV packages. This role focuses on engaging prospective customers via inbound and outbound calls, emails, and digital channels to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. You’ll work warm leads—customers already interested in our services—guiding them through the decision process and closing the deal.
We offer paid training for all levels of experience and help you build high-level sales, communication, and persuasion skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Customer Engagement:
- Handle inbound inquiries and proactively reach out to potential customers.
- Present and explain telecom products and services, highlighting features and benefits.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate packages to maximize satisfaction and revenue.
- Lead Management:
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate customer information.
- Follow up on leads promptly and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
- Revenue Generation:
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Upsell and cross-sell additional services to existing customers.
- Customer Experience:
- Provide exceptional service during the sales process to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Resolve basic customer concerns and escalate complex issues when necessary.
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of inside sales or customer service experience, preferably in telecom or related industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot) is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Hourly Base Pay: $16.50 per hour, plus commission. Estimated annual earnings at target performance: $60,000.
