Duties
- Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to the dining area in a timely manner.
- Ensure that all orders are accurate and complete before serving to guests.
- Assist servers by providing support during busy periods, including refilling drinks and clearing tables.
- Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including clearing dishes and resetting tables for new guests.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to communicate any special requests or dietary restrictions from guests.
- Uphold restaurant standards of service, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
- Utilize POS systems for order tracking and communication with kitchen staff.
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred, but not required.
- Familiarity with kitchen operations, catering, or delivery driver roles is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of restaurant procedures and POS systems is beneficial.
