You're an excellent candidate for our Occupational Therapist position, if you have a passion for working with children, are energized by working in a fast-paced work environment, enjoy working in a team, and you possess the following qualifications and competencies: Valid Occupational Therapist Certification issued by the National Board of Occupational Therapy. Valid California Occupational Therapist license. Valid California driver’s license. Experience working with students with a variety of disabilities and in an educational setting is preferred.

The district has approximately 16,600 students, plus approximately 800 preschool students, with 26 schools (6 middle schools, 19 elementary schools and 1 preschool). The District is largely urban in nature with some rural areas. Regardless of what our employees’ needs are, we meet them with the personalized attention only a caring school district can provide. This recruitment is to establish an eligibility list that will be used to fill current and future vacancies up to one year.
