Join Our Team
Caine & Weiner is seeking an IT Help Desk Specialist to be the go‑to problem solver in our fast‑paced call center environment. You’ll provide tiers 1 and 2 support, ensuring employees onsite and remote have the tools they need to succeed. From setting up workstations to troubleshooting complex issues, you’ll play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly. The ideal candidate is based in the Dallas Metroplex and able to travel between our Farmers Branch and Denison locations.
What You’ll Do
- Provide tier 1 & 2 help desk support for onsite and remote employees
- Set up computer workstations and assist with onboarding
- Track IT assets, manage shipping/receiving
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues
- Collaborate with higher-level technicians when escalation is needed
What You Bring
- 2 years of IT Help Desk experience
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 troubleshooting
- Active Directory / Azure experience
- PC hardware repair and basic networking (DHCP/DNS/VPN)
- Microsoft Office 365 expertise
- RingCentral experience (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills
- CompTIA A / Network certification or relevant education
