We are looking for an IT Help Desk Associate whose primary responsibility includes end-user support, high level systems maintenance to ensure security integrity, system upgrades, and infrastructure support of information technology used. Ensuring end users have the functional tools they need to stay productive through timely support with exceptional customer s

- Support:Documenting diagnostic procedures and solutions in ticketing systems to track and manage support
- requests.Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with computers, software, and hardware, either remotely or i
