About the Cafe
We are located just off of Rt. 89 in the center hub of Warner NH. We bring espresso, tea, breakfast, and scratch-made pastries to the town. We frequently involve ourselves in local community events such as Maple Weekend, Fall Foliage Festival, the Kearsage Klassic Bike Race,, and other events where we see a large increase in foot-traffic.
About the Position
We are looking for 1 full-time addition to our small team to act as an extension of the owners and manage the daily operations of the cafe in conjunction with the owners. This position requires Thursday through Monday availability for the regular schedule, 40 hours per week. We are a very team-oriented group that depends on each other to accomplish daily tasks while still maintaining an excellent experience for our customers. The Manager is responsible for the daily operations of the cafe to include scheduling of employees, the taking of inventory and ordering of supplies and ingredients. This is a collaborative working environment; our baristas depend the leadership team and on each other to be successful. Owners of the cafe are on site regularly to support the entire team.
Managers will be able to learn and implement the owner's procedures, policies, and shall be responsible for critical elements of the business's success. As there is responsibility to hit reasonable targets; the Manager will be eligible for a share of business profit based upon performance.
Physical Requirements
Must be able to stand for long periods of time
Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
Must be able to handle sharp utensils appropriately
Required Experience
Prior relatable experience is a plus; however, the following types of experience is preferred.
Barista Experience
Food Service Leader Experience
Food Service Management
Kitchen Management
Compensation Information
Expected Pay starts at $24.5 hourly, however this is considered a Salary Position.

18 years or older is preferred
