What you'll do
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly and assisting them with their orders.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Prepare food items with care, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards to ensure quality.
- Manage cash handling duties accurately while maintaining a balanced cash register.
- Upsell menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales.
- Assist in food preparation and kitchen tasks as needed, contributing to a smooth workflow.
- Maintain cleanliness in the front end area, including bussing tables and ensuring a tidy environment.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive atmosphere that encourages teamwork and camaraderie.
Basic qualifications
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy setting.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
Preferred qualifications
- Previous experience in the food industry or quick service & fast food restaurant environments.
- Familiarity with retail math and basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
- Culinary experience or kitchen experience that enhances your food preparation capabilities.
