As a Caesarstone Connect Program Manager, you will lead a team of Channel Managers responsible for deploying this unique and disruptive new business. Channel Managers are the bridge between HQ program creation and field sales team deployment. Specifically, Channel Managers conduct platform trainings for our Reps and for key customers, collaborate with sales team members to vet Retailer candidates, assist in presentations to strategic accounts, and monitor progress of the program. In addition to managing the Channel Manager team, the Connect Program Manager will work with Platform Developers and sales team members to build-out an extension of the platform specifically for the home builder channel and, subsequently, collaborating with sales to pursue these builder customers. The Program Manager will also act as primary point of contact for national Connect Retailers.
In this role, you will report directly to the Director of Managed Services and will act as a key member of the Managed Programs Team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Primary Functions Include:
- Recruiting and onboarding new Channel Managers in the US and Canada.
- Coaching and guiding Channel Managers in their daily efforts to promote Caesarstone Connect.
- Reporting program results and presenting to Senior Leadership.
- Liaison to Marketing for all Connect-related activities.
- Liaison to the Caesarstone Global Developer team.
- Developing Home Builder functionality in the Platform and pursuing regional and national builder customers, in partnership with Sales Team members.
- Primary point of contact for all National Connect Retailer accounts.

Position ranges from $84,000- $100,000 base annual salary. Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to education, training, and/or experience.
