Qualifications:
- Strong expertise in Commercial Real Estate, Real Estate, and Brokerage services
- Holds a valid Real Estate License
- Proven experience in Sales and client relationship management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proactive mindset with an ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with the Spartanburg, SC commercial real estate market is a plus
- High degree of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to client success
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
