Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commercial Real Estate Broker located in the Greenville-Spartanburg-Anderson, South Carolina area. The broker will be responsible for acquiring and managing commercial real estate listings, conducting market research, and representing clients in lease negotiations and property transactions. Responsibilities include maintaining client relationships, coordinating property tours and showings, preparing financial analyses, and ensuring successful transaction closings. Additional duties may involve marketing properties and identifying potential leads for business growth.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in commercial real estate practices, including tenant representation and lease negotiations
- Proficiency in brokerage and sales strategies
- Experience and knowledge in property management and commercial real estate transactions
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to build client relationships
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-driven and collaborative approach
- Familiarity with the local Greenville-Spartanburg-Anderson area real estate market is preferred
- Valid real estate license in South Carolina or ability to obtain one
