We’re seeking an experienced Paralegal to support our Legal and Compliance teams with corporate governance, regulatory filings, licensing, document management, and notary services. This hybrid role requires regular in-office availability for notarizations.
What You’ll Do
- Provide in-person and remote online notary services.
- Manage the Legal department inbox, route requests, and track deadlines.
- Prepare and maintain contracts, corporate records, regulatory filings, and legal documents.
- Coordinate signatures, notarizations, registrations, and annual reports.
- Support corporate governance, legal research, document review, and special projects.
- Identify opportunities to improve legal processes and document management.
- Build productive relationships with state regulators, industry associations, and governmental affairs contacts.
- Support Cadence Rx’s regulatory positioning, advocacy efforts, URAC accreditation activities, and other certification requirements.
- Lead internal communication of regulatory changes, helping Operations, Clinical, Client Strategies, Legal, and other teams understand and implement new requirements.
What You’ll Bring
- Associate degree or Paralegal Certificate; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Three or more years of paralegal or legal administrative experience.
- Active Notary Public commission and Remote Online Notarization authorization.
- Experience in corporate legal, healthcare, regulatory, or compliance settings preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and Microsoft Office skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail, sound judgment, and discretion.
