LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a nationally recognized law firm in Tampa's beautiful Hyde Park neighborhood to identify an experienced Commercial Litigation Paralegal.

What You'll Do
- Support complex commercial litigation matters from case inception through trial
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, subpoenas, and deposition materials
- Manage federal and state court filings, including PACER and e-filing
- Coordinate depositions, mediations, experts, and trial preparation
- Create case chronologies, exhibit binders, witness files, and trial notebooks
- Assist with large-scale discovery projects and document management
What We're Looking For
- 5 years of recent commercial litigation experience working in a US law firm as a billing paralegal
- Trial preparation experience required
- Strong federal and state court filing expertise
- Excellent organization, deadline management, and client service skills
- Experience with eDiscovery platforms is a plus
