Cadence CNC is a growing, high-performance machine shop seeking a CNC Machinist / Shift Lead to oversee swing shift operations. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for driving production efficiency, maintaining quality standards, and supporting a strong team environment.

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Lead and organize swing shift production to maximize throughput and efficiency
- Operate and support 5-axis CNC machining centers
- Manage workflow, job prioritization, and inventory awareness
- Ensure accurate part identification and production documentation
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- In the subject line when sending resume put the word raccoon
- Enforce safety standards and company policies
- Support and mentor team members on shift
- Strong technical and computer skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and leadership skills (written and verbal)
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Requirements
- Ability to pass a background check (Form 4473)
