The Front Desk Scheduler serves as the primary point of contact for patients receiving psychiatric services through Cadence Care Network. This position is responsible for welcoming patients, coordinating appointment scheduling for Ohio-licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners, and supporting daily front desk operations in compliance with Ohio healthcare regulations, Ohio Medicaid requirements, and organizational policies.

Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum one year of front desk or medical office experience.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Basic proficiency with EHR and office systems.
- Experience in Ohio outpatient psychiatric or behavioral health settings.
- Familiarity with Ohio Medicaid Managed Care plans.
- Experience supporting psychiatric nurse practitioners.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
