Front Desk Coordinator / Patient Care Coordinator (Full-Time)

Position Overview
We are hiring a high-level Front Desk Coordinator who can also step into case management and support roles as needed.
This is not just answering phones.
You will be the first impression, the center of communication, and a key part of keeping patients engaged and on track.
We are looking for someone who is versatile, dependable, and takes ownership—not someone who just does the minimum.
Primary Role: Front Desk Excellence
- Answer phones and handle new patient inquiries with confidence
- Schedule appointments efficiently and keep the day flowing smoothly
- Manage check-in and check-out with professionalism and energy
- Collect payments and maintain accurate records
- Create a welcoming, organized, high-level patient experience
Secondary Role: Patient Care / Case Support
- Help guide patients through care plans and next steps
- Follow up with patients (missed visits, reactivations, check-ins)
- Support patient retention and compliance
- Assist with basic case management duties as trained
Additional Support (As Needed)
- Assist team members to keep the office running efficiently
- Help with organization, systems, and daily operations
- Take initiative to solve problems instead of waiting to be told
