Caddo Hills Schools is seeking a dedicated and student-centered Paraprofessional to join our team for the 2026–2027 school year.

🔹 Position Overview
The paraprofessional will support classroom instruction and student learning by working alongside teachers to create a positive, structured, and engaging environment for all students.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Assist teachers with daily instructional activities
Support students individually and in small groups
Help maintain a safe, orderly, and productive classroom
Build positive relationships with students and staff
Support school-wide expectations and procedures
🔹 Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience working with children preferred
Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively
Passion for supporting student success
