Caddo Hills Schools is seeking a passionate and student-focused Dyslexia Paraprofessional to join our team for the 2026–2027 school year.

🔹 Position Overview
The Dyslexia Paraprofessional will provide targeted support to students identified with characteristics of dyslexia, working under the direction of a licensed teacher to implement structured literacy interventions and support student growth.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Assist in delivering dyslexia intervention programs and structured literacy instruction
Work with students individually and in small groups
Support progress monitoring and data collection
Help maintain a structured, supportive, and encouraging learning environment
Collaborate with teachers and staff to meet student needs
🔹 Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience working with students preferred
Knowledge of dyslexia or willingness to be trained in structured literacy approaches
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Commitment to student success and growth
