Caddo Academy is seeking a motivated and skilled Construction Trades Teacher to lead the development of a dynamic, hands-on program that prepares students for success in high-demand careers.

Position Overview
The Construction Trades Teacher will provide engaging, real-world instruction in construction-related fields, helping students develop technical skills, industry knowledge, and workplace readiness.
Courses May Include:
Introduction to Construction
Welding
Specialty Construction Area (based on candidate expertise and program needs)
Qualifications:
Experience in a skilled trade (construction, welding, carpentry, electrical, etc.)
Ability to obtain an appropriate technical certificate through the Arkansas Department of Education – Division of Career and Technical Education
Passion for working with students and preparing them for postsecondary success
Strong work ethic, communication skills, and commitment to collaboration
