Caddo Academy is seeking a passionate, student-centered High School Social Studies Teacher for the 2026–2027 school year. We are looking for an educator who is committed to preparing students to be Life-Ready through engaging instruction, strong relationships, and real-world learning opportunities.

Position Overview
The ideal candidate will:
Teach high school Social Studies courses (grades 9–12 setting)
Create engaging, standards-aligned lessons that promote critical thinking
Foster a positive classroom culture built on relationships and high expectations
Support student growth academically and socially
Collaborate with staff to support school-wide initiatives and student success
Preferred Qualifications
Valid Arkansas teaching license (or ability to obtain) in Social Studies
Strong classroom management and communication skills
Commitment to a growth mindset and continuous improvement
Willingness to be involved in school and community activities
Passion for preparing students for college, career, and life
