E-Commerce Manager
Full-Time | New York City
CADAR is a New York-based luxury jewelry house celebrated for its sculptural design, exceptional craftsmanship, and modern interpretation of fine jewelry. As we continue to expand our digital presence and launch new luxury lifestyle categories, we are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Manager to own and elevate our online business.
This is a hands-on role for someone who is equally comfortable solving Shopify technical issues, optimizing the customer journey, managing paid media investments, and driving online growth through data-driven decision-making.
What You'll Do
- Own and manage the day-to-day performance of CADAR's Shopify website.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve Shopify issues, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Continuously optimize site UX, navigation, merchandising, and conversion rate.
- Manage product launches, collections, inventory visibility, and merchandising calendars.
- Oversee integrations with third-party apps, payment providers, shipping platforms, and CRM tools.
- Analyze customer behavior using Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, and other reporting tools to identify opportunities for growth.
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, Pinterest, and other relevant luxury channels.
- Manage digital marketing budgets and evaluate return on ad spend (ROAS), customer acquisition cost (CAC), and lifetime value (LTV).
- Collaborate with creative, marketing, and sales teams to develop landing pages, campaign assets, and digital launch strategies.
- Improve SEO performance and implement best practices across the website.
- Manage email marketing initiatives and customer lifecycle campaigns through platforms such as Klaviyo.
- Monitor website performance, testing opportunities, and emerging e-commerce trends.
Qualifications
- 4 years of experience managing Shopify e-commerce websites, preferably within luxury, fashion, jewelry, beauty, or premium consumer brands.
- Strong technical understanding of Shopify, Shopify Apps, Shopify Plus (preferred), and site integrations.
- Experience managing paid media budgets and optimizing performance across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and customer acquisition.
- Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and reporting dashboards.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with creative, marketing, operations, and external agencies.
- Highly analytical with strong project management skills and attention to detail.
- Passion for luxury brands, design, and creating exceptional digital experiences.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with luxury or high-ticket e-commerce.
- Familiarity with Klaviyo, Gorgias, Searchspring, or similar e-commerce platforms.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and Shopify Liquid.
- Experience launching international markets and managing multilingual websites.
