Job Description:
Cable Dahmer Automotive Group is hiring an Automotive Billing Clerk to join our dealership accounting team.
This role is critical to ensuring vehicle deals are processed accurately and efficiently. You’ll work directly with sales, finance, and accounting teams to finalize transactions and keep operations moving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and post vehicle deals (new and used)
- Verify deal paperwork for accuracy and completeness
- Maintain deal logs and accounting records
- Resolve discrepancies with sales and finance teams
- Ensure compliance with dealership and lender requirements
- Process retail titles and out of state registrations
Qualifications:
- Automotive billing or dealership experience highly preferred
- Strong understanding of deal structure and documentation
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment
- Reynolds & Reynolds experience is a plus
- Strong communication and organization skills
