- Enter data into court management systems with precision, ensuring all records are up-to-date and accessible
- Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries from the public, attorneys, and other stakeholders professionally and courteously
- File documents electronically or physically in accordance with court protocols and maintain organized filing systems
- Support clerical tasks such as data entry, photocopying, scanning documents, and managing office supplies to ensure efficient office operations
Experience
- Proven office experience involving data entry, filing, word processing (such as Microsoft Word), and clerical duties
- Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- Customer service experience that highlights professionalism and effective communication skills
- Experience handling cash or payments is a plus but not mandatory
