Position Summary
The Administrative Assistant provides day-to-day clerical and administrative support to ensure smooth operations at the dealership. This role supports multiple departments, serves as a professional point of contact for customers and internal teams, and helps keep records, schedules, and office processes organized and accurate.
Key Responsibilities
Provide general administrative and clerical support to dealership leadership and department teams
Answer and route phone calls; greet and assist visitors as needed
Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation (paper and electronic)
Assist with data entry, reporting, and basic document preparation
Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments
Support onboarding and HR-related administrative tasks as assigned
Order and maintain office supplies and assist with inventory tracking
Communicate professionally with internal teams, vendors, and customers
Ensure compliance with dealership and company policies
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education a plus
1–3 Years Of Administrative Or Clerical Experience Preferred
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Professional communication skills (written and verbal)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and general office systems
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Preferred Skills
Experience in an automotive or multi-department environment
Familiarity with HR, onboarding, or basic accounting support
Comfort working with confidential information
