Pay Rate: $60,000-$90,000 (Commission)

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a professional and friendly manner, listening to their concerns and gathering vehicle information.
- Advise customers on necessary maintenance and repair services, explaining the benefits and estimated costs.
- Create and manage repair orders, detailing work needed and ensuring accurate documentation.
- Coordinate with technicians to provide timely updates on vehicle status and service completion.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding service timelines, pricing, and any additional repairs needed.
- Handle customer concerns and follow up to ensure satisfaction with completed services.
- Maintain knowledge of dealership and manufacturer service programs, warranties, and promotions.
- Process customer payments and ensure proper invoicing for services rendered.
- Maintain a clean and organized service desk area.
- Assist with scheduling service appointments and managing workflow within the service department.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in a service advisor, customer service, or automotive-related role -preferred.
- Strong knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in computer systems and dealership management software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Salary : $60,000 - $90,000
