Kitchen and Bath Designer

Cabinet IQ, a fast-growing kitchen and bath remodeling company, is seeking a talented and experienced Kitchen & Bath Designer to join our Winter Park, Florida team. Responsibilities

• Provide a 5-star client experience through professional design, clear communication, and reliable follow-through
• Manage and maintain client relationships with daily customer interactions
• Conduct in-home consultations including precise measurements, design discussions, and professional recommendations
• Design functional and aesthetically pleasing kitchens and bathrooms using Design Flex Software (formerly 2020)
• Create detailed cabinetry and countertop layouts that meet client goals and budgets
• Present design concepts to clients and make revisions based on feedback
• Pursing new business opportunities and follow up with inbound leads within 2 business days
• Accurately represent Cabinet IQ products and services to clients
• Maintain all client information, notes, and communications in the CRM system
• Deliver accurate designs, proposals, and project documentation in a timely manner
• Oversee cabinet and countertop orders after invoices are paid and collaborate with operations for execution
• Be present in the showroom during business hours and assist with light showroom upkeep

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in kitchen design, interior design, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience using Design Flex (formerly 2020) design software
• Strong knowledge of kitchen remodeling trends, materials, and products
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Experience in account management and/or outside sales is highly desirable
• Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work onsite in the showroom and travel locally for client consultations

Tentative Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday 10-6

Salary: Base salary plus commission
