WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT A Monday- Friday 8am to 4:30pm schedule working in a multi-faceted department Monitor the Incident Reporting System daily for injuries or exposures as well as visits for annual requirements and incident documentation Contact coworkers to review incidents and maintain Employee Health data in the EMR Work alongside Infection Prevention during exposure events to help track and support affected coworkers and prepare reports to identify trends Maintain required regulatory charts and documentation and help manage OSHA logs to ensure completion of annual OSHA reporting Process and manage required current coworkers and new-hires testing, including annual physicals and ensuring compliance with titers, exposure follow‑up, PPD, and hepatitis B requirements, as well as maintaining respirator fit‑testing schedules and compliance reports Plan and manage the annual flu vaccine program, provide reports to Infection Control, Safety, and Quality committees, and manage workers’ compensation cases QUALIFICATIONS Associate’s degree in Nursing/Patient Care required; Bachelor’s degree in Nursing/Patient Care preferred 3 years of Nursing/Patient Care experience required 1 year of ambulatory care experience preferred Tuberculin Skin Test (TB) certification through the American Lung Association preferred CPR certification through the American Heart Association required within 90 days Drug Screening certification preferred TRAVEL IS REQUIRED: Never or Rarely EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER It is the policy of Franciscan Alliance to provide equal employment to its employees and qualified applicants for employment as otherwise required by an applicable local, state or Federal law.
