Our Patient Care Novices work under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse to assist in providing high quality patient care at Franciscan Health. Must have successfully completed one full rotation (semester, quarter, etc.) of nursing clinicals through a fully accredited school of nursing. Must be in good standing in their program.
