What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hybrid Executive Assistant to Managing Partner at PE Firm position at C-SUITE ASSISTANTS?
A private equity firm that recently opened an office in Georgetown and has headquarters in Florida, is looking for an Executive Assistant to support a Partner. The Georgetown office had approximately 15 employees. The role is hybrid: Monday-Thursday in office, Fridays remote (there will be rare occasions when there will be a meeting on Friday in office). The Executive Assistant will have their own office.
About the Job:
- Coordinate and prioritize meetings for the Partner
- Gatekeeping: calendar defense and prioritization, balance schedule to work and home life
- Manage board meeting logistics
- Coordinate client dinners
- Event planning: internal for employees for industry days
- Maintain the CRM-update business contacts
- Get to know the key players and develop positive relationships
- Vet and prioritize the Partner’s emails
- Compose and prepare confidential correspondence
- Prepare materials for meetings; internal, Board and client meetings
- Serve as the first point of contact for the executive office
- Coordinate complex travel arrangements
- Process expense reports
- Manage the office: order supplies, be the point of contact for building management and stock the kitchen
- Some off-hour availability required via email
About You:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience supporting a c-level or equivalent
- BA/BS from a college or university
- Comfortable working with the government (Pentagon, Congressman offices, etc.),
- Experience in Private Equity is a plus
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Strong communication skills: written and verbal
- Strategic thinker
- Understand the importance of confidentiality and trust when supporting a PARTNER
- Dynamic and proactive comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- Polished, professional demeanor and the gravitas to interact with high-level executives
- Outstanding communication skills

Salary : $130,000 - $140,000
