Executive Assistant to CEO, Stealth-Stage Nuclear Energy Company, Austin, Texas
A very well-funded stealth-stage nuclear energy company based in Austin, Texas is looking for an Executive Assistant to support the CEO as a “true” right hand collaborator and member of the team. This is an in-person role in the office as this person will also act as the office point person The ideal candidate has a curious creative mindset that finds solutions, is very detail-oriented, organized and friendly with a “high touch” service mentality. Experience working in a start-up environment, preferably in tech or finance that is growing rapidly is highly desired.

● Manage the CEO’s complex calendar, prioritizing and understanding shifting priorities, personal and professional. Optimize the Principal’s time; anticipate needs and build breathing room into a high velocity schedu
le● Manage travel arrangements with detailed itineraries for the CEO and the C-Suite te
am● Prioritize and manage the CEO’s inbox; craft emails on his behalf as well as other correspondence
● Prepare CEO for client meetings including any collateral materials and research
Plan dinners/event
.● Manage information flow with his direct reports
Act as the liaison for all office needs, setting up conference, handling supplies
Ad hoc projects; personal errands
Some off-hour availability for the CEO, as need

About You:
A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting a CEO or C-Suite Executive in a start-up, preferably in tech or finance. Bachelor’s degree required
- Strong interpersonal skills to speak with clients, investors and public officials with “high touch” diplomacy
- Wants to be a trusted confident, handling confidential information with discretion and sensitive issues with integrity
- Very detail oriented with excellent project management skills
- Excellent Microsoft Office Suite skills; Tech savvy with experience using AI
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A curious creative thinker who thrives on finding solutions to problems and can handle last minute changes with grace
