This is a full time hybrid role with reporting to client offices 2-3 times a week. Project Manager will work with an existing team to support our client Growth & Innovation function by coordinating key activities across a portfolio of early-stage growth projects. The ideal candidate is a skilled communicator and experienced project coordinator who can effectively manage timelines, deliverables, and alignment across multiple stakeholders—including engineering consultants, internal technical staff, and executive leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate communication between external consultants, internal engineering and technical teams, and executive leadership.
- Track progress across multiple concurrent studies and early-phase development projects.
- Lead recurring project check-ins and ensure follow-through on action items and deliverables.
- Prepare concise reporting and status updates for executive-level stakeholders.
- Support the EVP of Growth & Innovation on strategic initiatives, helping to scope, organize, and monitor progress.
- Manage shared trackers, schedules, meeting materials, and other communication tools to keep all parties aligned.
