- Complete project site reviews and pre-bid site visits with accurate notes and deliverables for at least 90% of assigned projects.
- Conduct thorough project documents reviews and building component takeoffs with 95% accuracy rate compared to senior estimator checks.
- Assist in developing initial project files and cost databases within 48 hours of assignment.
- Contribute to timely and competitive bid submissions, supporting the Preconstruction team in meeting all client and internal deadlines.
- Begin to identify cost-saving opportunities, vendor leverage points, and market trends that inform long-term estimating strategies.
