What are the responsibilities and job description for the IT Tier 2 Technician position at C.R. Fletcher Associates, Inc.?
The Tier 2 Technical Support Technician will:
- Provide technical support for network systems and customer service requests using the company ticketing system
- Repair and maintain all company end user technology including PC's, printers, laptops, tablets etc
- Support multiple applications used throughout the company
- Assist Tier 1 when needed
- Must have Microsoft systems experience
- Must have valid drivers license
- Must have excellent communication skills
Eligible for stock options after a year of service!
