Job Responsibilities
- Processing Invoices
- End of month reconciliations
- Data Input
- Vendor payments using EFT
- Accounts Payable queries
- Accounting packages used include QuickBooks and Quantum (training to be provided using this program).
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Experience with accounts payable, bookkeeping, or general accounting processes preferred.
- Candidate must be organized and have an eye for detail
- Have the ability to meet deadlines, be confident and professional in your approach with company contacts and a good team player.
- 1 year of accounting, bookkeeping, accounts payable, or related office experience preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
