We are seeking a proactive and versatile Maintenance Worker to join our dynamic facilities team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of our buildings, equipment, and systems. Responsibilities
- Building maintenance including washing siding, fixing roofing.
- Yard work, mowing, landscaping, weeding, snow removal, yard upkeep.
- Small tool inventory and tracking.
- Running to pick up/deliver parts.
- Helping to process oil samples for equipment and filing.
- Loading and unloading of trailers and maintaining organization of the inventory.
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on building systems, machinery, and equipment to prevent breakdowns and extend lifespan.
- Conduct repairs using welding techniques, electrical troubleshooting, and mechanical knowledge to resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain facility cleanliness through residential painting, general upkeep, and minor carpentry tasks as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing internal client needs promptly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols while performing all maintenance activities.

- Strong mechanical knowledge combined with electrical experience for troubleshooting diverse issues.
- Skilled in welding techniques suitable for various repair tasks.
- Knowledge of facilities maintenance best practices including residential painting and general repairs.
- Excellent communication skills in English for clear reporting and teamwork collaboration.
