Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive residential cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface polishing to maintain a spotless home environment.
• Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens with care and efficiency.
• Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and high-touch areas to promote health and safety.
• Execute specialized floor care procedures including carpet cleaning, floor waxing, and tile maintenance to ensure durable cleanliness.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients, understanding their specific needs, and exceeding expectations.
• Manage janitorial tasks such as waste disposal, restocking supplies, and maintaining cleaning equipment to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Assist with housekeeper management duties when needed, supporting scheduling and quality control to uphold service excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in residential cleaning or janitorial work; hotel housekeeping or commercial cleaning background is a plus.
• Strong skills in cleaning techniques, sanitation practices, and floor care including carpet cleaning and tile maintenance.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods comfortably.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional demeanor.
• Knowledge of laundry procedures and general custodial practices to ensure thorough cleanliness.
• Experience with housekeeper management or supervisory roles is advantageous but not required.

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
