We are hiring a talented 5-8 yr plus experienced Service Technician for the position of HVAC Service Technician / SERVICE/INSTALL MANAGER for residential and light commercial systems.

What are we looking for:
Must have a clean, valid, driver's license.
Must be available to work full-time
5-8 years prior experience with Service diagnostics and repairs. Installation experience on all types of Residential HVAC equipment systems including ductless and conventional ducted systems – We are looking for candidate that is Independent, dedicated and ready to run a team and grow with us.
Trade School Background a plus, but Experience Service/Installion technician is key

Responsibilities

- Utilize trade school knowledge to diagnose, install and troubleshoot and repair HVAC Systems.
- Demonstrate leadership skills by working with the entire team of technicians/installers.
- Drive company vehicles to various job sites in a safe manner.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with all team members to deliver high-quality service.
- Apply premium skills such as Diagnostics/ Repairs/Customer service and Team Leadership
