Key Responsibilities
- Lead residential HVAC system installations, including forced air and hot water boiler systems
- Ensure installation projects are completed on time, within scope, and according to code
- Troubleshoot and resolve installation-related issues as they arise
- Maintain a safe and organized jobsite
- Communicate effectively with homeowners and represent the company professionally
- Mentor junior technicians and support team success
- Complete documentation and reports accurately and on time
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and materials availability
- Drive company vehicle to and from job sites
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on HVAC installation experience
- Proven leadership abilities on job sites
- Strong troubleshooting skills for installation-related issues
- Proficient in forced air and hot water boiler systems
- Self-motivated, dependable, and customer-service oriented
- Valid driver's license in good standing
- EPA 608 Certification required
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
