What are the responsibilities and job description for the Powersports/Motorcycle Salesperson position at C & C Custom Cycle?
Tuesday-Friday 9:00am-6:00pm & Saturday 9:00am-3:00pm
Base Salary with Commission Pay
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing motorcycle/powersports vehicles that meet their needs and preferences
- Conduct test drives with potential customers to showcase vehicle features and performance
- Provide information on pricing, financing options, and warranties
- Negotiate sales contracts and terms with customers to ensure a mutually beneficial agreement
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet monthly sales targets
- Maintain knowledge of current inventory and upcoming models
- Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in powersports/motorcycle sales or a related field is preferred
- Strong organizational skills to manage customer information, sales records, and inventory control
- Excellent customer service skills to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable deals for both the dealership and the customer
