Powersports Accessory Install Technician

Duties

• Install a wide range of accessories on powersports vehicles, including light bars, windshields, heater kits, fender flares, turn signal kits, storage solutions, and performance parts
• Use hand tools, power tools, and automotive repair equipment to complete installations efficiently and accurately
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance and auto service tasks to prepare vehicles for accessory installation
• Conduct thorough inspections to ensure accessories are securely fitted and meet safety standards
• Assist with auto body repair and auto restoration projects as needed to support overall vehicle customization
• Lift heavy components safely during installations and ensure proper handling of all parts and tools
• Maintain detailed records of work performed, including parts used and installation procedures followed

Requirements

• Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in automotive or powersports repair
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and automotive service equipment
• Experience in vehicle maintenance, auto body repair, or auto restoration is highly desirable
• Ability to lift heavy components safely and work comfortably in physically demanding environments
• Prior mechanic experience or automotive repair background preferred
• Knowledge of powersports vehicles such as motorcycles, Side by Sides, ATVs, snowmobiles, or similar equipment is a plus
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
