- Perform repairs and maintenance with efficiency and accuracy based on repair orders
- Diagnose vehicle issues using advanced diagnostic tools and equipment
- Repair automotive systems including engine, transmission, steering, suspension, brakes, and HVAC
- Communicate clearly with Service Advisors regarding additional service needs and timelines
- Execute warranty repairs in accordance with manufacturer specifications
- Test-drive vehicles to ensure quality and safety of repairs
- 2 years of hands-on technician experience preferred
- Ford Certification required; ASE Certification a plus
- Prior experience at a Ford dealership is highly valued
- Strong diagnostic, electrical, and engine repair skills
- Excellent mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
- Positive attitude and a team-first mindset
- Commitment to continuous learning and adapting to new technologies
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
