=== POSITION OVERVIEW ===

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Bilingual Automotive Technician supporting operations at a major OEM dealership. In this role, you will perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on vehicles from leading automotive manufacturers while helping deliver a trustworthy, high-quality customer experience.

You will work alongside a collaborative team that values integrity, continuous learning, accountability, and respect.

=== WHAT YOU'LL DO ===

• Perform routine vehicle maintenance, inspections, and repairs
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical concerns using diagnostic tools and equipment
• Complete repairs accurately, efficiently, and safely
• Read and interpret schematics, repair procedures, and service information
• Communicate clearly with team members and customers when needed
• Maintain accurate repair documentation
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and respectful work environment
• Support a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement

=== WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR ===

• Experience working on vehicles through a dealership, independent shop, technical program, military service, fleet environment, or handson personal experience
• Strong problemsolving and troubleshooting skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Willingness to learn and grow professionally
• Bilingual communication skills preferred (please specify language proficiency when applying)
• Experience using diagnostic software and tools is a plus
• Automotive certifications are a plus, but not required
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Automotive Technology education or related training is a plus
