About the Role
You will deliver comprehensive primary care to a diverse patient population across all ages — preventive care, chronic disease management, acute visits, and behavioral health integration. The patient community is predominantly Latino, Vietnamese, and Asian Pacific Islander, with many patients whose primary language is Mandarin, Cantonese, Spanish, or Vietnamese. Bilingual proficiency is preferred but not required — we welcome providers committed to culturally responsive care.
